Frequently asked questions
Is this a subscription?
Yes. Choose monthly or yearly billing on the pricing section. Billing continues until you cancel. After cancellation, access continues until the end of your current paid period.
How many computers can I use?
Each license key supports up to 2 computer activations.
Does it work on Mac?
Windows is supported today. A macOS version is planned.
I didn't receive my license key.
Check your spam folder. If nothing arrives within 10 minutes, email office@dandyflow.com with your order number.
Can I get a refund?
Before you activate your key, you may request a refund within 14 days. See our Refund Policy.
What if I'm offline?
The plugin includes a short offline grace period. License validation runs about every 2 hours when online.
Do I need Python or ffmpeg?
Only for specific modules: Python 3 for Dog Caps, Pexels API key for Dog Video, yt-dlp and ffmpeg for Dandy Downloader.
Will my project break if I uninstall?
Your Premiere project stays intact. The plugin is required to run its tools, not to open existing edits.
How do I cancel?
Log in to your customer account, open Subscriptions, and cancel. Future charges stop; access remains until period end.
Which Premiere Pro versions are supported?
Premiere Pro CC 2019 and newer (version 13+).
