Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dandy Flow, our website at https://dandyflow.com (the “Site”), and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by ZAMOWFILM Damian Nojek (“we”, “us”, “our”), with registered address at Solna 3 lok. 3, 85-862 Bydgoszcz, Poland.

By purchasing a subscription, downloading the plugin, or using Dandy Flow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Dandy Flow is a third-party extension panel (“plugin”) for Adobe Premiere Pro on Windows. It provides editing tools and integrations (including Animation Pack, silence cut, stock video, captions, sync, downloader, and macros).

Dandy Flow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Adobe Inc. Adobe and Premiere Pro are trademarks of Adobe Inc.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase.
  • You must have a valid Adobe Premiere Pro installation compatible with our plugin (CC 2019 / v13 or newer, unless we state otherwise).
  • You are responsible for meeting any third-party requirements (e.g. Python for certain modules, Pexels API key, yt-dlp, ffmpeg).

3. Subscription and payment

  • Access is provided as a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly), as selected at checkout.
  • Prices are shown on the Store at checkout and may include applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed by Shopify Payments (or other payment providers we enable). We do not store full card numbers.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in your customer account.
  • We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

4. License (not sale)

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Dandy Flow for your personal or internal business video editing purposes.

You may not:

  • copy, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the plugin or license keys;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where prohibited by law;
  • remove or alter copyright or proprietary notices;
  • circumvent license, activation, or security mechanisms;
  • use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights;
  • share one license beyond the activation limit (see Section 5).

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. License keys and activations

  • After purchase, a unique license key is sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • Each subscription license may be activated on up to 2 computers unless we state otherwise.
  • Activation associates the license with a device identifier (“machine ID”) for fraud prevention and license enforcement.
  • We may deactivate or revoke a license for violation of these Terms, chargebacks, or abuse.

6. Delivery and updates

  • Download links and installation instructions are provided by email and/or on the Site.
  • We may release updates, bug fixes, or feature changes at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific feature or third-party integration.
  • Some features depend on external services (e.g. Pexels, YouTube, cloud APIs). We are not responsible for changes to those services.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via https://dandyflow.com/account. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period unless we state otherwise or revoke access for breach of these Terms.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the plugin will be error-free, compatible with every Premiere Pro project, or free from data loss. You are responsible for backing up your projects.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR THE LAST MONTH IF YOU SUBSCRIBED FOR LESS THAN 12 MONTHS).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights through your content or conduct.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted on the Site with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the plugin.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Consumers in the EU/UK retain mandatory protections under their local laws. Where permitted, courts in Bydgoszcz, Poland shall have jurisdiction over disputes with business customers; consumers may bring claims in their country of residence where required by law.
